GIRLS LACROSSE INDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS

One of our most popular offerings!  These weekly one-hour training sessions are offered from November to February and focus intensely on creating muscle memory for key foundational skills.

INDOOR WINTER TRAINING SESSIONS OVERVIEW

Pricing: 

• Single Sessions - $25 for players, $30 for goalies

Who:

• Everyone is welcome as long as they have some fundamental experience playing lacrosse. You do not have to be part of our travel teams to attend.

When:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in December and January

Locations:

• St Ambrose Crossings 976 Pearl Rd, Brunswick
• Game, Speed, Performance Academy (GSPA) 30700 Carter St, Solon, OH 44139
• Kent State University Field House (KSU) 2227 Summit St, Kent, OH 44242

Sessions:

• Goalies - Footwork, Hand Speed, Warm ups, Focus 1 (e.g. bounce shots), Focus 2 (e.g. off stick), goalie wars
• High School, MS & Youth - Shooting and Dodging, Footwork, Dodge 1 from X (walk then run through), Dodge 2 from X, Dodge 3 from X
• High School Advanced Concepts - Offense & Defense, working on 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and other concepts - this is available at the Kent location only.
